SEAWORLD
REMINDERS

·       On July 23^rd, doors open at 5:45am and bus leaves at 6:00am.

·       Parents please update emergency information on camp form. 

·       Campers must wear camp shirt and sneakers.

·       Campers are responsible for meals.  The best option is to purchase a meal plan at www.seaworld.com.  Please put one child per receipt then give the camp the confirmation paper.

·       Parents please place money in baggie with camper’s name on it and what the money will be used for (drinks, souvenirs, food, etc.)

·       Campers should bring their Alimacani Summer Camp Backpack with money, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and camera.  All these items are the responsibility of the camper.

·       Hand help video games are allowed on the bus and will stay on the bus while the camper is in the park. 

·       On the bus, a snack and bottled water will be provided on the way down and on the way back.

·       Buses will return to Alimacani at 7:00pm.

MUSCLES and MEALS

July 18^th, 2013

Summer Camp will be exercising and collecting cans for a food drive to benefit the Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM).  Each camper is asked to bring in two canned goods that will be used in their Muscles and Meals Workout!  The canned goods will then be donated to BEAM. 

Last year, the Camp donated 356 canned goods to BEAM.  Let’s beat that total and donate 375 this year! Campers can start bringing in cans tomorrow, July 11^th. 

Disney Quest - Tuesday (07/09/13)

Parents/Guardians,

On Tuesday we will be traveling to Orlando to visit Disney Quest.  
Below is important information:

• Campers need to be here by 8:00am.

• Campers need to wear their 2013 Alimacani Summer Camp t-shirt.

• Campers will need $20 for food placed in a sandwich bag with their name on it.  For campers who would like to buy souvenirs please place extra money in the sandwich bag.  Money will be used to eat first.

• Campers may bring their Alimacani Summer Camp Backpack with spending money, hand held video games and camera.  Hand held video games will stay on the bus while the camper is in Disney Quest. All these items are the responsibility of the camper.

• On the bus, a snack and bottled water will be provided on the way down and on the way back.

• Buses will return to Alimacani at 7:00pm.
