    1. I know it stinks. We have so much fun during the summer. The decision came from the District so we have to follow the rules.

  2. Agreed! Worse news!

Have y’all thought about how you guys are going to do Extended Day sign ups for working parents next school year? Can we be grandfathered in?

    1. No decision has been made about Extended Day registration. Once we get information we will share it with all the parents.

  4. If this came from the district and summer camps are canceled in Duval county...for all the parents working full time, thoughts on what we can do? My child is too young to stay home, not allowed to come to my work, and I have no one to watch him. Are there ANY programs out there that are allowed to remain open? I honestly thought the field trips would be cancelled but not the whole program!

  5. This definitely isn't an ideal situation for anyone. I saw a sign yesterday on San Pablo Rd. about Renaissance Youth Camp. I do not know anything about it, but maybe something to look into.
